Warranty: 2 years warranty (excluding wearing parts and improper use).
Please note that our products are intended for domestic use only.
In case of technical problems, please contact your dealer's service department first.
For a period of two years from the date of delivery, we guarantee that the product will conform to the stated specifications. In the event of a malfunction (excluding normal wear and tear and provided the product has been used in accordance with its intended purpose), we undertake to restore the product’s functionality by replacing defective parts free of charge or, at our discretion, by replacing the entire product.
We shall not be held liable if the device is used in a manner inconsistent with the user manual or the illustrated instructions. The user acknowledges that they are using this equipment at their own risk and agrees to strictly adhere to safety guidelines. It is the user’s responsibility to assess their physical condition before exercising; we shall not be held liable in the event of an unsuitable physical condition.
If the malfunction results from misuse, improper handling, or a misunderstanding of the user manual, the repair will not be covered under warranty and will be billed to the user. Similarly, the warranty does not cover issues arising from the application of the troubleshooting procedures in the manual or the use of the iFit app.

Please take note of the general terms and conditions of our after-sales service.
- The owner is responsible for ensuring that all users are properly informed of all warnings and precautions.
- Consult your doctor before starting any exercise program. This is particularly important for people over 35 and those with health problems.
- The device is not intended for use by persons with motor, sensory or mental disabilities, or who lack experience and knowledge, unless they are supervised or instructed in its use by a person responsible for their safety.
- Use the device only as described in this manual.
- The device is designed for private use only. Do not use for commercial, rental or institutional purposes.
- Keep the unit indoors, away from moisture and dust. Do not place the unit in a garage, on a covered patio or near a water source.
- Place the unit on a flat surface with at least 2.4 m of clearance at the rear and 0.6 m on each side. Do not place the unit on a surface that could block the air vents. To protect your floor or carpet, place a mat under the unit.
- Do not operate the device in a room where aerosol products are used or where oxygen is administered.
- Always keep children under 16 and pets away from the device.
- The appliance must not be used by persons whose weight exceeds that indicated in the manual.
- Never allow more than one person on the unit at a time.
- Wear appropriate sports clothing when using the unit. Do not wear loose-fitting clothing that could get caught in the unit. Supported sportswear is recommended for both men and women. Always wear sports shoes. Never use the unit in bare feet, socks or sandals.
- Connect the power cord to a grounded circuit. No other appliance should be connected to the same circuit.
- If an extension cord is to be used, use only a 3-conductor 2 mm2 extension cord with a maximum length of 1.5 m.
- Keep power cord away from heated surfaces.
- Never run the unit when it is switched off. Do not use the unit if the power cord and/or plug are damaged, or if the unit is not working properly. (Refer to the MAINTENANCE AND TROUBLESHOOTING section of your manual if the unit is not working properly).
- Read, understand and test the emergency stop procedure before using the appliance. Refer to HOW TO START THE UNIT.
- The heart rate monitor is not a medical device. Factors such as the user's movements may render the heart rate reading less accurate. The heart rate monitor is designed only to give an approximate idea of heart rate fluctuations during exercise.
- Never leave the unit unattended when it is switched on. Always remove the key from the console, set the power switch to the Off position and unplug the power cord when the unit is not in use.
- Do not insert any objects into the unit's openings.
- Check and tighten all parts every time you use the unit.
- DANGER: Always unplug the power cord immediately after use, before cleaning the unit, and before performing any maintenance or adjustment procedures described in this manual. Never remove the motor cover unless instructed to do so by an authorized technician. Adjustments not described in this manual may only be carried out by an authorized technician.
- Excessive exercise can result in serious injury or death. If you feel dizzy or painful, or have difficulty breathing, stop exercising immediately and calm down.
We would like to draw your attention to our prices to ensure transparency and avoid any confusion. Please note the following:
- Travel: $220
- Labor: $150/hour (minimum charge of 1 hour)
- Price of spare parts
Please note that the following items are not included in the warranty coverage and that the above rates will apply:
- Any unsuitable location, such as a garage, patio, balcony, or deck.
- Misuse of the equipment, resulting in damage or malfunction.
- Failure to follow the maintenance procedures described in the user manual.
- Replacement of parts subject to normal wear and tear, such as belts, bearings, running belts, etc.
- Issues related to the use of the IFIT system.
- Return policy: Unless defective, spare parts are neither accepted for return nor exchanged. Please verify compatibility before making a purchase.
This list is not exhaustive, and other situations may incur charges, in accordance with the terms and conditions detailed in your user manual. These terms and conditions apply automatically to all of our services.
