We deliver anywhere in Switzerland and Liechtenstein from Monday to Friday according to your availability and that of our logistics centre. Delivery options will be proposed directly in the shopping cart before payment. Please also note that the delivery time can be up to 15 working days if the product is not in stock in Switzerland. For international shipments, the delivery time can be extended according to the delays imposed by the customs of the destination country. NordicTrack Switzerland can in no way be held responsible for this delay. In addition, the import costs (customs and VAT) of each country are at the expense of the recipient.

Please note that our products are intended for domestic use only.

• Delivery and assembly in the room of your choice with return of packaging: CHF 200 per destination and CHF 200 per piece of equipment**.
• Takeover of old equipment: CHF 200 per equipment (on request by email)
• Extended warranty 1 additional year: CHF 200 per equipment (on request by email)

* Delivery outside of your home at the curb

For deliveries and assemblies, it is essential to check :

• Dimensions of all interior and exterior doors
• Permissible load and dimensions of the lifts
• The path to the room of your choice must be facilitated
• The piThe room where your product will be installed must be uncluttered and suitable for the equipment purchased.té

In case of doubt, we advise you to send us photos with dimensions by e-mail.
We accept no liability if the product cannot be delivered and/or assembled due to non-compliance with our instructions. The amount of the delivery remains due, even if a return of the product has to be arranged.

If you have a beach, you can also use the access rights for up to 15 different types of equipment, if you do not have the products in Switzerland that you need.

If you have a beach house, we can produce our own products for you to use in your own garden.

Bei Lieferungen und Installationen ist zu prüfen, ob der für den Zugang durch Innen- und Außentüren verfügbare Raum und die zulässige Ladung für die Aufzüge den Abmessungen und dem Gewicht Ihres Pakets entsprechen (am besten senden Sie uns Fotos und Abmessungen per E-Mail). Wir lehnen jede Verantwortung ab, wenn das Produkt aufgrund von nicht vorher geprüften Abmessungen nicht geliefert und/oder montiert werden kann. Der Betrag der Lieferung bleibt fällig, auch wenn eine Rückgabe des Produktes organisiert werden muss.
